I've planned last-minute dinner parties, tracked down the perfect vendor to refurbish a client's furniture, and made sure home vendors actually followed through.
I've taught a CEO to dance before attending a wedding reception. I've decorated a client's rental with fresh flowers so something beautiful was waiting when they landed home. I've written notes from my clients' dogs so there was a smile at the door after a hard week away.

But I don't wait for the perfect solution before moving. I build while things are in motion by solving the small problems first, finding my footing, then taking on the bigger ones as trust and clarity grow.
I try to stay curious about the problems and how it's landing on every person involved. Are they doing well? Are they supported? That matters as much to me as whether the system works.
I work best when I'm trusted to see the whole picture and act on it. And I don't believe in arriving. There's always something to improve, adjust, or understand more deeply.
